My recent role as National Sales and Account Manager was with Ezestream, IT Computer Networking predominantly for 4 – 5 star Hotels, Aged Care & Mining sectors. Key to my role is working closely with senior management (CEO, CFO and GM), together with our own in-house IT development & software and operations teams with ongoing account management of an Ezestream client portfolio with over 150,000 rooms throughout Australia and overseas. Ezestream has a wide range of interactive solutions (IPTV, HSIA, DVoD, Digital Signage, Hotel Apps) and is recognised as a leading provider within the industry. Managing/Operations Director of Beaufort House, I transformed an unlicensed guesthouse into an award winning high profile boutique hotel, receiving publicity through mainstream media both television and print mediums. Through creative strategy and tight project management, as a result we saw the business ranked in the Top 10 hotels in Australia on TripAdvisor and win the 2013 Travellers Choice Award, placing us in the top 1% internationally.Sensis – Australia's largest digital marketing company, website developer, SEM and SEO provider, part of the National Key Accounts team in Sydney. My clients ranged across various industries and include some of Australia's largest and well known brands. I enjoyed working closely with the key stakeholders in these businesses, becoming part of their brand strategies and partnering for success.My results driven focus, along with my ability to be able to listen to my clients and create long term partnerships is underpinned by prior experience as a Sales and Customer Development Expert at Sensis, where I grew the revenue base from $5 million to $9.2 million over a 3 year period and was ranked as a Top 5 Performer in NSW.I have had extensive travel with working periods overseas and am confident internationally (born Viennese, lived in Austria, Germany, Italy and Canada as well as Australia) – fluent in English, German and Italian.
