I enjoyed a 25 year career at IBM where I received extensive formal and on the job training. I was promoted to 14 different assignments which included 19 years in management and 6 years as an IBM executive. The highlights of my recognition included 6 Golden Circles, 10 100 Percent Clubs and 4 Leadership Awards.I left IBM to pursue my passion for horses - owning, competing and caring for a number of these beautiful creatures. This led me to become a member of the VT College of Vet Med's Equine Medical Center's (EMC) Board of Advisors, Executive Committee member and one of their most involved volunteer business advisors. I remain very involved with the EMC. I am currently participating in the implementation of their New Horizon Strategic Plan.I am also very involved with Capital TechSearch participating in weekly calls reviewing all aspects of their operational performance.Centurion Research Solutions was an exciting opportunity to grow a small company by building out a sales team and growing the contract backlog by 50% in 20 months resulting in a strategic acquisition by Deltek.One of my current areas of interest is Active Aging, which is a developing industry preparing for the aging Baby Boomers.
