Performs task including, but not limited to, accounting, administrative and clerical support. Provides updates to the AP/AR teams, daily, to assist with the company’s cashflow. Updates daily paperwork received from the drivers, thus communicating with the customers, and mainlining the acceptance to completion process of each intermodal movement. Creates and maintains weekly payroll spreadsheets for the Houston Terminal, including accounts payable and deductions such as insurance, etc. Maintains weekly MnR reports, manual mileage log reports and various other reports that I am asked to assist with. Communicates effectively with customers, specializing in rates and maintaining a professional relationship ensuring returning customers to assist the company’s cashflow.
