Event grew in 1 year to over 1800 attendees. Developed corporate and personal relationships for sponsorship for the event, managed relationships and acted as liaison.Sponsors included Chipotle, CANON, IPIC/Tanzy,and others, Ran day-of activities including set up and tear down of venue, management of outside vendors, and running full program with Audio/Video, etc.

Created marketing materials for this 501-C3 organization providing sustainable villages to people of impoverished countries, i.e Haiti.Updated the donation "Store" on the website for more accurate accounting and follow-up to on-line donations. Liaised with National not-for-profit to assit in transporting foods and other items to Haiti gratis.Assisted in event planning and execution. Led a fund-raising campaign which helped send over 1500 lbs of food to Haiti, free of cost. Procurred over 24000 bottles of water from International foods company (donated) to get to earthquake-stricken Haiti.
