Promote efficiency on behalf of BNP Paribas ALM Head of Operations. 3 main focus as follows:
- Budget control (budget process for Operations, Organisation and IT)
- Operationnal efficiency (Lean Six Sigma projects)

- Management of a 20-people team acting as an interface between BNPP clients operations and BNPP Operations for the FX/fixed Income business (Middle and Back Offices);
