CoNexus is an international organizational consulting practice that believes connection is the foundation of thriving organizations. CoNexus uses the practice of Organization Development to bolster the health and effectiveness of individuals, organizations, and communities in the nonprofit, social justice, and social responsibility spaces.Projects have included: -- Designed and facilitated an Amsterdam community center's stakeholder feedback discussion and initial strategy in addressing expanding neighborhood gentrification. -- Designed and facilitated a DC nonprofit's strategic prioritization process and the board's shared meaning making discussions.-- Designed and facilitated workshops for students in a New York state graduate program to address inter-group equity and identity issues, increase awareness of systems of oppression and our participation in them, understand group dynamics, and learn team collaboration tools to grow as a cohort.

We support meaningful and actionable conversations about race and racism. The Septima Project is a consulting practice that supports individuals, communities, and organizations working to achieve racial equity and social justice. We build the capacity of changemakers through education and engagement. We give people the tools, skills, and resources to confront inequality and deepen their commitment to anti-racism.

Opened The Umbrella, a new cost-accessible band practice space for youth and community members, and incubator space for gender and equity programming, including year-round workshops on music education, history, and community-based activism.Led programs and fundraising in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world after the onset of Covid, reinstating in-person programming. Directed overall staff and fiscal management. Managed and implemented new strategic plan.
