Communication Specialist
Current- Write, edit and publish stories highlighting district achievements, programs and partnerships- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans for schools and departments- Maintain the district's online presence via social media to increase its visibility to stakeholders- Design and develop content for brochures, advertisements, fliers, posters, banners and more- Plan and execute district events to engage students, parents, staff and community members- Serve on key internal committees and advise members on communication best practices- Provide communication support to the APS Incident Response Team during crises
