I worked in both the showroom and the service center. In the showroom, I answered phone calls and transferred them accordingly, as well as scanned and inputted Driver's License data into a CRM system for potential car buyers. I also helped organize test drives for vehicles.Service required me to cashier for customers' service on their vehicles. I organized/filed accounting copies of customer's service bills after closing out each transaction. I also received and transferred phone calls.
