As a Learning and Development Consultant and Executive Coach, I have been successful in helping employees, leaders and businesses achieve growth through innovative training and coaching. I work closely with senior-level executives, managers and individual contributors in a variety of industries to maximize their effectiveness at work and implement career development plans that drive business results. As an athlete obsessed with sports since the beginning of time, I have launched a women's tennis academy with my business partner focused on coaching successful tennis mechanics and mental performance techniques. My background in leadership coaching and psychology translates to the court in a variety of ways, with a focus on helping players adopt a growth mindset and strategies for rethinking the game. I hold a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Scranton.
