Médiacité has placed itself in the specialised niche of public territorial communications. EUROCITIES is the network of major European cities. Founded in 1986, the network brings together the local governments of more than 130 large cities in over 30 European countries. EUROCITIES gives cities a voice in Europe, by engaging in dialogue with the European institutions on all aspects of EU legislation, policies and programmes that have an impact on cities and their citizens.The mayor of the City of Lyon has been elected in November 2006, as the chairman of EUROCITIES network. My job is principally based on the accompaniment of his engagement for the big cities in Europe. My communication profile is useful of writing oration, taking care of the communication strategy, to be in wakefulness on european commission activities and assisting the technical president in the every day work.
