CurrentProduct LAB aims to create incremental value for the Group by delivering new Value Added Services, and enhancing their commercial performance and end-to-end processes. - Identifying, prioritizing/ managing the product's pipeline according to the Group’s priorities, competition, customer needs and/or environment parameters. -Designing new products’ contents, value propositions, customer targets, and operational processes for running them, including dealing with external partners or suppliers.- Implementing optimized processes and IT tools needed ; end-to-end processes and technical impacts for selling and executing services in an optimal way. Coordinating all stakeholders (transformation, product owners, IT) to deliver all requirements in a transversal way- Testing new products through a pilot phase and assess results before global commercialization- Putting them into the market in the most efficient and packaged way by defining both the internal and external marketing and communications strategy, including the detailed targeting of relevant customers, the appropriate commercial speeches, including USP definition, the most efficient sales support tools
