Information Technology Project Manager
• Plan, organize, and implement IT projects from start to finish for all business units (New York, Miami and Orlando).• Identification of IT projects to integrate business unit processes, increase operational efficiency, address potential risks, and offer optimal recommendations.• Identify the objective, scope, and deliverables of the project.• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.• Manage all project resources.• Lead risk management and mitigation efforts.• Ensure deliverables are delivered on time.• Communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders.• Present project progress and results.• Coordinate implementations and production deployments.Main Results: • Migrating the Actimize solution (CDD Customer Due Diligence, SAM Suspicious Activity Monitoring, and WLF Watch List Filtering modules) from local environments to a single cloud environment (Actimize XSE) and integration with the Core Banking System (Oracle Flexcube), considering Banco do Brasil’s four Compliance regions located in the United States, Germany, England, and Japan.• Implementation of the Core Banking System (Oracle Flexcube) for Banco do Brasil offices in the United States (New York, Miami, and Orlando).• Implementation of the following solutions with integration to the Core Banking System (Oracle Flexcube): Treasury Management (Siena), Electronic Document Management (DatastoreDSX), and Vendor and Supply Management (Ivalua).• Changing the entire infrastructure of Bando do Brasil in the United States (equipment, data network, and communication links) from the primary Datacenter (White Plains, NY) to an outsourced Datacenter (Telehouse) in colocation mode (Manhattan, NY) with communication to Datacenters located in Brazil and all offices in the United States (Neva York, Miami and Orlando).• Implementation of the CRM solution in the cloud (Sugar CRM).
