By 2 roles, functional and matrix.1- Lean six sigma leader of site (Funcional)• Responsible on Yellow belt training and certification. • Development of kaizen events (25 Events).• Hard saving profit (14 MDP).• 5´s Culture change leader for all level employees (1,600 employees).• Coach of 2 junior engineers: Line Zero projects (2 projects). • Lead 2 green belt projects: M$ 450K USD hard savings.2- Engineering Facilitator (Matrix)• Responsible of KPI´s, yield, waste, OEE and cost of labor on 3 lines of production (150 employees).• Coaching and development autonomous workforce (4 per line) on efficiency.• Methodology 8D´s Leader.• Responsible for a safety cell of 1 production line.

Lean Manufacturing Rookie (6 monts)• Development of Monozukuri “kaizen Projects” (5 Projects).• Responsible of calculation the capacity production lines.• Responsible of calculation tack time and standard time.• Handling of core tools: Control plan, QFD, AMEF.• Support 5´s Culture change.Production Rookie (6 monts)• Support to fulfilling program production.• Support on analysis problems (Downtime).• Support on balancing production lines.• Makes improves on production lines.
