Creativity, Enthusiasm, People and Constant Learning are my mottoes. I have worked in several areas in the human resources field, such as: recruitment, employer brand, learning, development and talent management.Working as HR Project Management is where I see my added value, since I can put in practice my ability to see the big picture and my passion to work with, and for people. I really see myself in these ideologies, and this book also taught me a lot about people management, teamwork, promoting happiness in the workplace, and about the methods and resilience needed to think outside the box. One of the most relevant lessons by Ed is: “If you give a good idea to a mediocre team, they will screw it up. If you give a mediocre idea to a brilliant team, they will either fix it or throw it away and come up with something better.”
