Also periodically reviewing and modifying Strategies as per market needs.• Training & mentoring Recruiters in using different Job Portals, Tax Terms & Insurance, Call ethics, Screening Methods, identifying Genuine/Fake resources and Visas.• Participate in Clients calls with Resource Managers regarding job openings - (Priority, Required/Must to have or preferred/nice to have), analyze and assign requirements along with Client update to Team Members and help them in finding the exact match.• Prepare & maintain Daily Requirement Allocation Google Sheet report of all Urgent Client-Wise Roles and assign the jobs to the recruiters accordingly keeping tight deadlines in mind.• Validate the Profiles alongwith Supported Documents before being presented to Clients.• Based on the Nature of Requirements being shared by clients, implemented the practice of maintaining a Strong Talent Pool of candidates to ensure Optimal Requirement Coverage by submitting Quality Profiles in Minimal Turnaround Time. • Take complete Ownership of the candidates once they are hired by Clients - gauge their interest level, willingness to relocate, salary/Rate, etc. to ensure that all in sync. Based on my feedback, Account Director ensures Client to proceed with the onboarding.• Post confirmation, solely responsible for the Onboarding Process – Assist Candidates to fill BGV, Client Forms, Paperwork Process follow-up(W2 & C2C) & ensuring that Candidate is all good to start.
