- End to End support for B2B clients. Troubleshooting of issues related tohardware, software, and other general applications.- Handling all queries/issues that are reported by users over email, chat and webinterface.- Triaging and following the knowledge base to fix issues by engaging teamsand getting the issues resolved.- Work with other L2/L3 teams to get all unresolved issues at Service Desk.- Monitoring of dashboards and doing the initial triage for any alerts.
