    I enabled the City Plumbing transport department to split from the Travis Perkins group. This involved salvaging and redesigning critical working documents and aligning them to business processes. I worked with internal and external data providers to build a solid foundation of data despite many obstacles. I then created dashboards to monitor and improve overall compliance.I mapped all the dataflows and presented them in a visualisation, recommending opportunities to re-structure which led to simplifications and cost savings.The split also involved a complete GCP migration, meaning all working documents would receive a new URL and all links between them needed re-instating. I created a tool to capture and links systematically and replace them post migration, protecting business continuity.I created and implemented a business directory maintenance model to improve reporting aggregation, permissions management and escalation. I also integrated an external fleet partner. I introduced a driver induction model for new recruits. I scoped requirements for HR outputs with the introduction of a new HR system and created numerous ‘stop-gap’ fixes while designing longer term solutions.This role granted a high level of access. I predominantly used GCP, Bigquery, Google Sheets, Forms, Apps Script. Data studio, Drawio (to map out technical processes), Monday.com. I spent my time advising, fixing, migrating, creating, analysing, cleansing data, training teams and mapping out technical dataflows.This client was a pleasure to work with.

I worked with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability. I conducted weekly range checkpoint meetings with account managers, supply chain and end clients to ensure smooth delivery. I also assisted with the on-boarding of new and prospective clients.I created/maintained a collaborative data management system that allowed interaction between all wholesale departments. I automated the complex process of capturing range instructions across the business and feeding back poor communication. This improved the lead times and accuracy of instructions which were directly fed to external clients.I trained new starters across various wholesale teams and smoothed the on-boarding process by creating adaptive training guides and an equipment/access checklist. I later went on to provide business analysis as an SME of the data management tool I had created so that an interactive wholesale portal could be developed by our in-house IT team. This involved numerous discovery and scoping activities.Extensive usage of Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, Slides/Oracle SQL/Microsoft SQL.
