Associate Zone Business Manager-Frito Lay
Current• Maximize people efficiency through zone staffing, scheduling, & retention activities• Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new employees, vacation/absence scheduling for Zone’s 200+ employees and progressive discipline/coaching process for current employees in a union environment• Manage safety expense and priorities including investigations, follow up, and any OSHA requirements• Conduct coaching sessions with DSLs to support safety, staffing, bidding, retention and cost reduction initiatives• Driving culture and engagement for all frontline and DSLs to create a cohesive zone between locations
