Conduct individual, group, and family therapy services, and crisis intervention to youth supervised by the Dallas County Juvenile Department primarily utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Restorative Justice, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy models.• Provide care within a residential treatment facility to female youth ages 13-17 with chronic mental illnesses and complex traumas; including but not limited to, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, bi-polar disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, and PTSD as a result of commercial sex exploitation, human trafficking, sexual abuse, ad child maltreatment.• Facilitate community partner workshops and trainings on issues pertaining to trauma and human trafficking.• Create and facilitate trainings to educators on issues pertaining to mental health or emotional disturbance to improve classroom management.• Create and facilitate trainings to non-clinical personnel on trauma-informed practice, mental health related issues, de-escalation, and crisis & suicide prevention & interventions.• Facilitated peer clinical case consultations from a cultural competency landscape including but notlimited to racial bias in diagnosis and prejudice based on social economic status of the service population.• Provide on-site stabilization of youth experiencing a mental-health crisis.• Complete psychological assessments, psychological screens, addendums, family assessments, and sex offender assessments as needed.• Conduct on-call emergency services as indicated on the yearly schedule.• Serve as a clinical consultant to administration, probation officers, court personnel, education department, attorneys, and institution professionals.
