The focus of my work has been creating safe, culturally component, therapeutic spaces for my clients; specifically men and women of color (BIPOC). I teach, treat, and support those seeking to overcome anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and trauma due to sexual abuse, human trafficking, and domestic violence. I have worked in private, non-profit, and criminal justice settings over the last seven years. I absolutely love what I do. I love the people I meet. I love the things I learn about life, the mind, my clients, and myself. As a writer and public speaker, I combine my clinical experiences with my background in broadcast communications to curate engaging written and verbal content for my audience. My platforms promote education, empowerment, total wellness, and positive self image.
