With over 20 years of dedicated experience in education, I have had the privilege of shaping young minds across Georgia, Maryland, New York, and Virginia. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, which laid a strong foundation for my dual Master’s degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education.Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired. I take great pride in my ability to foster a classroom atmosphere that is beautiful, inviting, and conducive to growth. My special skill set in classroom design ensures that each student steps into a welcoming and stimulating space, promoting academic and personal development.In addition to my classroom responsibilities, I serve as an instructional coach, supporting fellow educators in refining their teaching practices and enhancing their professional development. This role allows me to share my expertise and passion for education, helping elevate the overall instruction quality within our school community.One of my greatest passions is witnessing my students progress throughout the year. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing them achieve milestones and grow in confidence and knowledge. This dedication to student progress drives me to continuously innovate and adapt my teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of my students.When I'm not in the classroom, I embrace my love for travel, and exploring new places during my summers off.
