I have worked in an inner city, multi-ethnic secondary school for a number years. Have taught English to a variety of ability groups from year 7-11. Have undertaken a number of Pastoral roles varying from form tutor to both Head of Year & Head of House. Thoroughly enjoy the pastoral role as you become fortunate enough to know about the whole child and support their journey to success from of variety of angles.
