I have a background in IT Support with over 10 years of experience in different areas. In my range of roles I have had the opportunity to help people with all levels of tech experience troubleshoot their equipment. I’ve also assessed new systems, wrote whitepapers, worked closely with third party vendors, managed hardware systems and kept operating systems up to date. I’m well versed in following Standard Operating Procedures and reaching service level targets. In addition to a familiarity with IT Support, I have a variety of work experiences that have honed my customer service skills for interactions both in-person and virtual.
