- Project lead on implementing a new HRIS with a go live date of April 2019.- Established and implemented change initiatives such as the Oblonfit Wellness Plan to improve culture, morale, and overall well-being. Designed to also improve employee health in order to reduce medical costs in the face of an ever-changing insurance landscape. -Acts as a leader in the department on many projects, and works hard to implement and execute new technologies to improve processes. Successfully spearheaded the push for the HR team to go paperless. -Is a source of knowledge about all HR practices and responds to most incoming employee questions. Worked here on and off for two summers and a winter during school. I worked with arranging meetings, taking minutes for weekly status meetings, filing, coordinating interviews with job candidates, creating financial metrics evaluations, creating spreadsheets for various projects, completing ad hoc tasks as assigned. Also, answering phones, scheduling interview appointments, daily emergency reporting, creating leave calendars, and organizing files. Received Special Contribution Award from the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in August 2005.
