ATSI has been setup in India to provide off-shore services in IT Infrastructure, Application Development & Support domains to ATS entities located worldwide and manage/ provide IT support to AXA companies in India.As the Country Service Delivery Head for AXA Technology Services India, I have held the responsibility for managing service delivery for following service delivery perimeters : 1. Managing offshore Service Delivery (Managed Services) for clients ( AXA companies ) located in Europe, North America and AsiaPac regions. 2. Managing IT Infrastructure, Application Development & Support for AXA Companies in India – AXA BS (BPO), Bharti-AXA and BOI-AXA jv companies (Life, P&C, Asset Management ) [ 15,000+ users across 200 + locations across India. ]3. In this role, I had the overall responsibility of managing IT function (& budget) for the organisation that included -• Developing IT vision and strategy, Functional budgets, project management, strategic project proposals and ROI justifications• Application Development & Support -Was responsible to leading the organisation wide multiple year Application Integration & DIGITISATION initiative to implement a Financial Portfolio Management System for entire business operations , end-to-end, under one single IT platform• Supported setting up and management of Offshore Development Centers (ODC) for GE Capital USA with multiple third party suppliers on a variety of technology / products.• IT Security, SOX compliance, Biz Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning.• Setting up and Managing Financial Shared Service for a multiple GE businesses in India , Asia, Eastern Europe.
