• Gather business requirements, formulate them as Epics and User Stories, and communicate to the broader product management team• Takes ownership of the backlog for a dedicated scrum team focused on all aspects of the product, including the accuracy of stories, functional specifications and quality of delivery• Drives product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle by prioritizing customer requirements• Collaborate with scrum team to determine story estimates and create sprint release plans and takes responsibility for team’s output• Applied agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined and transparent project management process (Advanced grooming, Three Amigos sessions)• Assist in the release process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software• Provides customer demos on the newly developed features or enhancements to gather constructive feedbacks• Work with UX experts in designing the prototypes and validate with Banks and Corporates at early stages of product lifecycle.

- Act as liaison between business, sales and IT teams to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands - Collaborate with stakeholders and identify MVP features and ensure product goal is aligned with company goals - Work closely with UI/UX team to formulate a clickable prototype for the given business requirements - Translate features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements- Establish user story acceptance criteria and refine stories with scrum teams - Collaborate with scrum team to determine story estimates and create Sprint Release Plans - Applied Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined and transparent project management process (Pair programming sessions, Advanced grooming sessions) - Participate in daily standups to understand the sprint progress - Conduct usability sessions with various stakeholders to collect valuable feedbacks to iterate and improve the product
