i work in the org as a business manager. i had independently took care of 2 big territories. my job was to run the entire franchisee network and manage them all. since it a royalty based business so my KRA also involved a revenue target. Delhi NCR is the toughest market in the country because of unique cahllenge it poses. i heading the trading section in the Branch prior to transferto HO in delhi. i did a lotsof institutional sales accross the govt client and dealth with many itemsasrequired by the clients. my majoraccount in Business Development were ONGC, Airport Authority of India, Officer'sTraining Academy (MOD) & one Army Unit(South).in HO (Delhi) i warkedextensively with top management in new areasof Business involving interaction with Min of Consumer Affairs.
