Project managed a global private sector resilience programme - Private Markets for Climate Resilience in Asia, Latin America, and Africa, funded by the IDB and NDF - highlighting bankable resilience solutions in the agriculture and transport sectors across 6 countries and connecting local businesses to international financiers.Led teams across 3 continents using innovative digital project management tools and taking a personal and hands-on approach to ensure timely delivery of project outputs, also conducting in-depth field research in Colombia.Led community engagement exercises and economic modelling in support of UK NERC research projects in Colombia worth c. £2m, examining climate impacts on mangrove systems, local fishing and agriculture sectors, and dependent communities.

Led programmes and bilateral diplomacy on climate change in the lead up to Paris Agreement, driving policies for low-carbon energy and protection of the natural environment. Local lead on roughly $100 million UK Government projects aimed at reducing deforestation and promoting sustainable land use, including through the 'Amazon Vision Programme'​. Drove bilateral capacity building and knowledge exchange initiatives to promote progressive policy around renewable energy. Mainstreamed climate across the Prosperity Fund portfolio, raising the proportion of green programmes from 20 to 70%.Established and led a cross-embassy working group aimed at meeting joint climate, energy, development and trade objectives.
