CurrentAs the Franchise Sr Account Specialist, he optimizes store performance, driving franchise channel profitability through strategic initiatives. His key responsibilities include spearheading efforts to boost comp productivity (ns/sqm), reduce franchisee partner Trade Terms, and exceed profitability expectations. Serving as the primary point of contact for franchisee partners, he ensures Accountability, Efficiency, and Simplicity in channel operations, offering optimal support. He shares best practices from Own retail, strengthens retail execution, and consistently achieves or surpasses commercial goals, KPIs, and builds Brand equity.In his role, he leads responsibility to meet or exceed Retail Sales, KPIs, and Comp Growth against planned Budgets for Franchisee-run Mono brand Stores, aligning outcomes with company expectations. Driving Franchisee Performance, he sets objectives, strategies, and tactics, allocates resources, and ensures translation into action plans within the franchisee organization's framework.Regular visits to top stores facilitate the evaluation of proper execution of policies, procedures, and directives. Learnings from these visits are replicated in 100% of the partner store portfolio for an optimized consumer experience. Additionally, he creates best practices in coordination with franchisee VM, Merchandising, and Own retail teams, amplifying opportunities across the channel. His oversight includes monitoring financial and accounting processes related to franchisees, developing and implementing strategies for compliance with guidelines.In his pivotal role, he drives operational excellence within the franchise channel, ensuring the achievement of company expectation targets.
