D&Co. was formed early in 2007 by brothers whom have had excellent experience within the restaurant and hotel industry in the United Kingdom. The Directors prior to establishing the company have been amongst the operation teams who have lead some of the top Five Star Red hotels and Michelin Starred restaurants in the United Kingdom. The company has successfully completed projects within the Maltese Islands, as well as in Libya. During its services the company has accumulated accolades within the restaurant industry in Malta, placing one of its projects as third best restaurant of the Maltese Islands for three consecutive years, as well as supporting the best overall restaurant. Concepts in which the company has been involved, range from fine dining restaurants, steakhouse, bistro / trattoria, lounge, pub, cafe's, ice-cream parlours and mobile kitchens.
