About Daniel R.
I have a background as a stucco plasterer and in sales. I worked in sales for a brief period after high school; meanwhile, I worked as a plasterer from high school to college. Sales taught me how to communicate with clients, and stucco taught me how to communicate with business partners. I left the plaster industry after graduating with a major in computer science. I enjoy the development and understanding how the software works behind the scenes. I am looking forward to expanding new skills as I explore the technology space.

Stucco Plasterer
This job was a Summer seasonal job. When I began in 2014, I was taught how to prepare and clean up job sites (e.g. covering windows, disassembled scaffold for transport), moving job materials to team members, and preparing stucco. In the later summers, responsibilities were expanded doing some plastering and on-site communications with homeowners and construction partners. If the team's Mason has to step off-site, I would be raised to temporary team leader meanwhile.
