My responsibilities include the operation and upkeep of the office as well as assisting with the accounts payable department. I accept and enter incoming invoice from vendors. I manage both foot traffic and incoming calls is another aspect of my job. I book and oversee all necessary catering, reservations, and travel. Every month I prepare billing reports and job worksheets on closed jobs while also tracking employee work activity on projects. I also update and maintain personnel files of employees keeping track of hours and paid time off . I review publications to ensure that the proper ads were ran. Occasionally I will run necessary errands and prepare shipments. I also spend time working with the software Workamajig and Microsoft Office.

I coach the dance team at an all girls middle school. The girls learn routines in the style of pom, hip hop, kick and jazz. I work with a variety of vendors getting the necessary costumes and accessories needed for performances. I came on the team as a brand representative and within a week I was promoted to Lead Style Advisor (manager). I stayed on as manager until August 2016 and then stepped down to accept another full time position with another company but still stayed on the team working as a Floor Set Associate. My responsibilities included preparing and planning daily business goals based on the company's previous performance along with assisting customers with needs and resolving complaints. I also trained, developed, and coached style advisors to sell as basic cashier functions and customer service. Monitoring the sales floor to ensure excellent customer service was another active role that I accomplished. After stepping down as manager I focused on executing floor set plans and providing creative direction.

With already a strong background in competitive dance, I began training at University Ballroom, eventually becoming an instructor myself. I not only trained and taught students but new hires as well, creating and implementing a program to make training more efficient. I taught private lessons as well a group lessons and hosted dance parties. I found new venues for students to explore their talents and also used these field trips as well as scheduled events as recruitment mechanisms.
