This includes conducting Kaizen events, optimizing workflowwith VSMs & MIFs, reducing waste, streamlining supply chain processes, implementingjust-in-time systems,developing quality control measures, big data analysis andvisualization using Power BI and training employees on lean methodologies,continuous improvement and Microsoft power BI.▪ Led and managed cross-functional teams in implementing Kaizen principles andmethodologies to optimize workflow and eliminate waste, resulting in a 40%reduction in production time and 75% reduction in costs and over 100 million USDin savings.▪ Trained by “Shingujitsu” in Japan that specializes in the implementation of leanmanufacturing and other process improvement methodologies. The firm wasfounded by former Toyota executives and is known for its expertise in the ToyotaProduction System and related methodologies.▪ Designed and Created a web portal as a company-wide continuous improvementmanagement system. The portal used lean methodologies to identify areas forimprovement and also rewarded employees for good ideas. This system created aculture of continuous improvement, where every employee could upload andsuggest ideas to improve the organization. It was successful in engaging andmotivating staff, increasing efficiency, reducing waste,and improving quality.
