The primary purpose of the Program Director is to provide continued program development and implementation of the camp philosophy, train, support, and supervise all staff. The Program Director works to ensure the ongoing growth, learning, well-being and safety of both staff and campers, whilst focusing on camps mission for enhanced self-concept and social skill developments. The Program Direct oversees the overall camp operation that includes the day-to-day management of community and professional outreach, staff training and management and continued program oversight.

The primary purpose of the Program Supervisor is to train, support, and supervise the counselors and staff using established procedures and policies. Program Supervisors work to ensure the well-being and safety of the participants in the program by developing and maintaining a camp environment that is positive, safe, and promotes growth for all. Program Supervisors provide a vital connection between staff, campers, and administration which both preserves the Camp purpose and procedures, but also supplies guidance towards growth and change

The primary responsibility was to provide Occupational Therapy to male patients with personality disorders and forensic histories . This included individualized assessment, goal setting and interventions. Much of the intervention focus required exploring and creating vocational and educational opportunities for patients with a forensic history in the community, after intensive risk assessments in accordance to the OT and hospital guidelines. Through ongoing multi-professional meetings and OT involvement, patients could be reintegrated into the community upon completion of treatment and finished sentence.

Supported young people aged 11-19 with challenging behaviors. Responsible for delivering dynamic learning approaches in the classroom environment to maximize the learning opportunities for children. Provided support in a range of academic and life skill activities.In addition to above responsibilities, voluntarily shared expertise on sensory integration interventions in conjunction with Occupational Therapy knowledge.
