As a Customer Support Specialist at Veo, I provide troubleshooting assistance to customers via email. I primarily work in the Hardware Department within the support team as a process owner - I arrange camera repairs for our customers and keep them updated on the status of their repairs. I work closely with our production team regarding the repair process. With our software team, we offer each other advice on technical issues and follow proper processes on how to handle the issues. I also handle escalated customers; I make sure their issues are tended to properly and provide them any further assistance that they may need.

As a Reseller Manager at Lavu, I managed relationships with our resellers and their clients. I continued to provide resellers with information about our services and products, as well as any new products/features that were being released. I created quotes, offered suggestions for equipment pairing. I had close communication with our billing department, operations/shipping department, development department, as well as our customer support team in order to better assist our resellers and their clients. I onboarded qualified resellers for the company. I provided met with management to update them on our reseller's feedback along with any upcoming sales. I updated our daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as well as followed up with our resellers about potential and future sales - which was communicated with my management team.

As a Reseller Coordinator at Lavu, I assisted other companies and persons that sold Lavu's services and products all over the world. I provided them with information about our services and products, as well as informed them when a new product was being released. At Lavu, I signed on as a Business Development Representative. I reached out to “cold leads” to give them more information about our services and products. After 2 months I was given a promotion as a Sales Development Representative, where I get in touch with “warm leads” that would like to get more information about our point of sale system. I then send them over to our Sales Specialists for a demo and a quote. I also helped service existing clients, directing them to the correct department or person to get them what they need (customer care or sales).

At State Farm, I worked as a multi-line representative within an agent’s office. In order to sell automotive and home insurance, I had to take the New Mexico Property and Casualty Insurance exam. I help service existing clients with their insurance needs as well as helping with their claim needs. With both existing and new clients, I enjoy learning more about them and I make sure they’re well informed on everything the company has to offer. With taking phone calls and having client walk-ins, my efficiency in a fast setting has only furthered.

At Bank of America, I have learned great customer service as being a teller. I’ve have adapted to various procedures. I’ve learned how to be efficient in a quick setting. I’ve been cross-trained with managerial skills within the banking center. I have helped with making schedules for our employees. I enjoy learning about our customer’s financial goals and helping them find a way to achieve that goal.

At Chartwells, I designed work for the University of New Mexico’s (UNM) UNMfood Marketing Department. I produced various menus, signs and brochures. I took care of sending files to a print store, picking up the executions and distributing where needed. I updated the dining website for UNM students. I contributed in planning events for incoming freshman on campus. I also traveled to other schools to promote Chartwells meal plans.

At New Mexico State Film, I was a graphic design intern and worked in the front office. I set up meetings for the office administrators and director. 
I gave out information about upcoming projects to investors and clients. I updated their website with new information and was in communication with anyone who had questions.
