I lead a team of senior consultants with whom we deliver strategic advisory to organizations who aim at transforming their energy procurement to be more resilient, flexible, and ultimately sustainable.

I embarked on a new role that orbited around strategic projects in our business. My main is responsibility was to research power markets and to support the innovation of our service offers. I either led or participated in projects that aimed at improving operational efficiency, developing our organization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Albeit I did not lead any teams in this role, I had become a certified leadership coach and delivered sessions for our leaders in Hungary.

During those 16 months, I was the leader of 12 colleagues who were also leaders, experts or analysts specialized in the energy markets of France, Italy, Portugal and SPAIN. On top of my managerial responsibilities, I was in charge of controlling our cost-to-serve, supporting sales activities, coaching talent and developing our organization.Achievements : My teams negotiated 500 supply contracts for over 200 customers per annum.

I was promoted to Energy Sourcing Manager and led a team of 6 analysts who were specialized in Iberian and Italian energy markets. On top of my managerial responsibilities, I contributed to controlling our cost-to-serve, supported business development, customer management, training and coaching activities.Achievements: I was promoted to Energy Sourcing Manager of France as well.

While leading my team and working as an analyst, I was selected for coordinating strategic energy sourcing campaigns on behalf of large international customers whose goal was to award a single global supplier a flexible, cross-country supply contract.Achievements: out of the 4 successful campaigns, the most special one was executed for a blue chip FMCG manufacturer who expected harmonized strategic sourcing of energy in 17 countries.
