My responsibilities on the project included writing project proposals, analyzing client data, conducting research and presenting our findings to the client.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁👉🏻 Led a cross-functional team of 3 people to consolidate ScaleUpNation’s strategic knowledge on scaling success into a diagnostic software tool. Managed to successfully implement the tool with 205 clients. 👉🏻 Created a methodology and CRM system to map the Dutch scale-up ecosystem. Further automated the identification of leads based on key-word analysis which resulted in an enormous uplift in the productivity of ScaleUpNation’s sales team.

👉🏻 Developed a social network-based model to measure organizational ambidexterity in client organizations based on the analysis of email meta-data. Further gathered and analyzed the data of six client organizations in the educational, healthcare, software and service sectors to develop and communicate recommendations on how they could implement the model.👉🏻 Co-wrote an online publication about ambidexterity with Menno van Dijk and Jörgen Sandig.
