We invest in major grid reinforcements to facilitate the sustainable energy system. We develop the flexibel and integrated energy system, by investing in the digital grid and customer connectivity. With my team we develop new value propositions for customers en and new market design, to enable the new flexible energy system. We are developing active system management for better utilization of the grid through near real time insigth in and steering of energy flows and flexibility. We invest in different energy infrastructures, connecting production, storage and demand and integrating new energy carriers, like hydrogen and heat. Our investment portfolio is growing from 500 million (5 years ago) to 1.1 billion now, increasing further to 2 billion a year. Next to that we are working on new market models, with more customer centricity and peer2peer energy exchange. With the digital teams we are working on digital transformation of all company processes.
