The past ten years I have worked on numerous urban planning projects in the Netherlands and various other countries. These projects ranged from small scale urban developments up to designing entirely new cities for more than half a million inhabitants. Within these projects my approach has been simultaneously analytical and visual. My designs always have a clear conceptual approach and a strong focus on the desired result. During the experience gained by working as an urban designer I acquired knowledge from other professions like landscape design, architecture, social geography and planning policies as well. This extensive knowledge has enabled me to design and coordinate complex urban planning projects.
