• Made a fully functional application in Salesforce for a team using fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types• Allowed for Leadership coaches to document coaching sessions with Information Technology leaders in Salesforce. Took a manual process from documenting in Microsoft Office, to completely in Salesforce.• Worked with Quality Analysts to ensure testing of full application• Communicated with business to gather requirements and document them• Presented a demo of a fully functional application to the stakeholders to get their feedback before deploying to production• Followed agile principles throughout the internship
