• Analyzed extensive research and data on local government orientation programs to develop future resource webpage.

• Managed teams of 54 students as they worked to complete projects for one of 12 nonprofit organizations.
• Directed in person and email communication efforts between students and nonprofit organizations to ensure oversight and accountability throughout project process.
• Developed curricula for weekly meetings throughout the year with cohort of 54 students and taught principles on group leadership, including the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and the Group Lens of the Social Change Model.
