Misceo by Dynamic is a French cosmetic equipment manufacturer. Dynamic invented and produced the professional mixer back in 1964. Since then the company has continued to evolve with the Misceo Brand being developed specifically for the cosmetic, chemical and pharamceutical industries. My association with Misceo came from my desire to purchase a homogeniser when undertaking my Cosmetic Chemist studies. My learnings quickly made me realise that regardless of what I had read and seen online, that my kitchen mixer was not really the right piece of equipment to make emulsions. My search for a homogeniser that was not going to cost me a kidney and my right eye took many many months with a LOT of trial and error. One evening I stumbled across a forum where I read about the Misceo homogeniser, I looked into it and knew that this could be the solution to what I had been looking for. I reached out asking if they shipped to Australia (yes they did) thinking even if they did the price would be far too high (it was not). Wanting to save others the ridiculous amount of hours I had wasted searching for a high and low shear bundle I then asked if Misceo would consider making a bundle for people in Australia consisting of the motor block, rotor stator and low shear turbo agitator tool. Within a very short period of time a bundle had been put together. I made a post on Social Media specifically for those in Australia who were interested in a high/low shear bundle (that didn't require mortgaging a house or selling your first born). When I made this post I thought maybe a handful of people would be interested. Within the space of 14 hours I received direct contact from 265 people from 45 different countries wanting to know more about this bundle. Thus began my association with Misceo.

After becoming very unwell in 2016 many many things that previously had been fine for me to apply, spritz, wear became things that I could no longer use. Products that contained essential oils or fragrances became the worst offenders with some knocking me down for days. I needed skincare that didn't contain any essential oils or fragrances and I quickly discovered that was not as easy as I assumed it would be. I attended a natural soap making course and knew that this was the beginning of a new chapter for me. A short time later I attended a natural skin cream making workshop and that sealed it. I then enrolled to begin my studies to become a Cosmetic Chemist and Simply Indispensable was born. With Simply Indispensable I wanted to create a range of skincare for people like myself who could not use products containing fragrances or essential oils. I wanted my products to be highly effective with every ingredient used being purposefully selected. Simply Indispensable's tagline is 'From the Ocean to the Earth - skincare the way nature intended'. Ingredient selection is literally from the Ocean to the Earth. Product ingredients are carefully researched and selected for the properties they offer and I never add an ingredient simply to make a label claim. Everything I use is for the benefit of your skin. I will never use a miniscule amount just to say it is there.I am passionate about personal health, mental health, wellness and looking after ourselves from the outside in and the inside out.
