I am a Chartered Engineer with expertise in the assessment and design of transport infrastructure. My skills are most often applied to highways issues at the planning stage of property development projects~ acting as an expert witness at inquiries~ impact assessments~ travel plans~ design and assessment of highway, traffic signal, public transport, cycling, pedestrian and traffic management schemes. My technical work has often involved directing multi-disciplinary teams that carry out not only the transport work but also detailed highway design, flood risk assessments, ground investigations and utility assessments. In 2013 I established ADC Infrastructure Limited. We are a dynamic and growing company with a turnover in excess of £1m, offering services in Transport Planning, Infrastructure Design, and Water Management. In 2018 we were awarded Client Advisor of the Year at the Insider East Midlands Property Dinner. I am still very active with project work, and also help lead the business and manage and sell the company's full range of services.
