The Madcap Learning Adventure's prime goal is to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for students in K-12. The Madcap Adventure was initially funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Pearson Education of New York and the Ontario Digital Media Tax credits. Madcap is an interactive education knowledge company which produces pedagogical resources for teachers, digital film, animation & interactive non-linear content for K-12 primarily for the U.S. public school demographic. Modular prototypes are delivered from a web portal by streaming broadband to all forms of mobile devices 24/7. Independent testing in the classroom conducted by the University of Maine's Graduate School of Education took place in Grade 5 and Grade 8 in Toronto,Ontario and in Brunswick, Maine respectively. Test results have been published and are available on our website: www.madcaplearning.com Test results were a breakthrough for learning, problem solving and critical thinking. Test results were a 'proof of concept' that The Madcap Learning Adventure 1. engaged students greatly, 2. freed up time for teacher intervention and customizing & personalizing lessons while transitioning teachers using digital interactivity in the classroom and 3. created greatly improved learning outcomes. The goals of The Madcap Learning Adventure are to produce many more non-linear modules and highly disrupt and transition students and teachers into the digital age making education equitable for all young people while preparing them for future success. The Madcap Learning Adventure is a vertically integrated comprehensive teaching and learning platform.

A producer of feature film and television programming and content with a digital media component.We have developed and have finished the feature film screenplay, THE RUNNER… written by 3 X Oscar nominated and two time Oscar winner Malcolm Clarke for production in the spring of 2017.The Runner...is based on Billy Sherring - the only Canadian to ever win the Olympic Gold medal in the Marathon at the 1906 Athens Games. We are working on numerous other comedies for television and feature films including a state of the art 26 X one hour television drama series on the life and times of Canadian hero, Dr. Norman Bethune. In 2012, David directed 5 films on Holocaust survivors in Canada for Naomi Azrieli and the Azrieli Foundation produced by Richard Mozer.

Devine Entertainment is a children's film production company garnering 12 EMMY and 22 (Gemini) Canadian Screen Award nominations and is well known for its 19 HBO Original children's films. David was the co-creator, 'show runner' and storyteller for HBO Original Family Films led by Sheila Nevins for 11 years and the Producer and Director of Beethoven Lives Upstairs, Edison, Galileo and Degas -- his best known films. During this 11 year period, David managed film production in five different countries while listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq overseeing a creative workforce totalling over 1000 employees. He has directed 12 major films in his career and has produced 22 including Edison: the Wizard of Light and Galileo: On the Shoulders of Giants which were nominated for 9 EMMY awards. Most of David's HBO Original films were shot in Ireland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and Italy in palaces and castles and roman coliseums with full 90 member symphonic soundtracks to add authenticity to the productions. Also known for his work with RAFFI as Producer and Director. He is also the producer of 16 film soundtracks and 6 SONY Classical music cd's including Johann Strauss II, Bach, Rossini, Handel and Bizet.
