Through all my years of experience, I have learnt that the people within the business make the "business", which is why my main goal in any organisation is to understand, advise and create strong relationships within all tiers of a business. I hold integrity & honesty to be my highest personal values and my passion lies in being able to simplify and communicate complex issues to those impacted by change initiatives. I believe in transparency at all times and operating realistically to a deadline. I have been banded as a "one man army" by many colleagues and management due to my flexible skill set, but I truly believe that it is my ability to build relationships which win even the most complex challenges put in front of me.My work to date has been centred around delivering complex change programs in the IT, not for profit, online, retail and wholesale space and covers a broad range of implementation related to IT changes, complex joint ventures, implementation of government initiatives to organisational re-design programs. Those endless documents I've created for past employers and still seeing my work in everyday business functions within these companies is where my true reward lies.
