We focus primarily on software asset revitalization "lift-out" initiatives, buying, building, and revitalizing businesses with our own capital and select outside investors and partners. Our goal? To leverage areas of technology innovation and acceleration where opportunities for monetization and market success are prominent. Founded in 2001, today the firm is operating 10 software businesses, each of which leverages the firm's deep technology bench, common back office and partners' experience.
