1) +20 years of working experience with major automotive OEMs and Tier-1 in Korea and overseas at a global multi-industry company and a Korean conglomerate as a program manager including complete seat system.2) Abundant exposure in the automotive industry with the high motivation to plan, implement, foster and continuously improve cross-functional business processes and standards together with other functions and locations as a work owner and/or a leader.3) Very good exposure in a multi-cultural work environment, well organized and a lot of analytical and systematic problem solving skill.4) Strong engineering background relevant to the automotive industry including but not limited to seat system, injection molding, surface finishing, stamping process, assembly and mechatronic parts as well.5) Excellent exposure in the automotive industry and has a very good understanding of automotive industry's design & engineering trends, technology developments, market sentiments, supplier strengths and product offerings.
