Revenue Operations Analyst
Current• Document and maintain key processes in the revenue cycle• Monitor process adherence and adoption• Serve as front-line support for Salesforce.com and related tech stack for BDRs, Sales and Client Success team members• Define and execute new team member onboarding processes to ensure system training and setup is complete• Maintain territory assignment across leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities• Assist in monitoring pipeline quality and escalate potential issues to sales managers for resolution• Serve as a steward for data quality in Salesforce.com by designing and executing data hygiene monitoring processes• Manage the creation, analysis and maintenance of reports and dashboards designed to monitor predictive and performance trends• Perform ad hoc analysis of large data sets for various departments in the revenue cycle to guide business strategy and support decision making
