While serving in the United States Army, I discovered a strong interest in Human Resources. As a Human Resources Specialist for more than three years, I successfully completed a range of HR responsibilities including drafting correspondence, conducting training programs, overseeing personnel management, and leading projects. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in military awards, in-processing procedures, and providing financial assistance to soldiers. Prior to this opportunity, I honed my skills in sales, account management, and customer service. Furthermore, I held the position of Financial Aid Administrator at Keiser University, where I assisted students with their financial aid applications and ensured compliance, offered counseling and guidance, and maintained the confidentiality of multiple accounts.
