AIESEC is a global, independent, non-political, and not-for-profit organization run by young people to explore and develop their leadership potential to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential. AIESEC in UPNVJ is 1 of 27 local committees of AIESEC in Indonesia. It currently has 55 active members and has already impacted over 3,800+ youth around us.Current Main Role:Local Head of Marketing / Local Committee Vice President of MarketingResponsibilities:1. Led 3 subteams such as Brand, Initiatives, and ELD, that handled seven products: Global Volunteer, Global Talent, Join AIESEC, AIESEC Future Leaders, Local Project, Impact Circle, and Youth Today.2. Planned the strategic direction for the marketing department for one year, including innovation, planning, implementation, and tracking.3. Provided resources for members to enhance capacity building, strategic implementation, and the outer journey in AIESEC.Achievements:1. Department of the Quarter 1 20242. Achieved target sign-up for AIESEC Future Leaders (46/40), Local Project (50/53), Impact Circle (440/390).3. Conducted 3x physical marketing outside UPNVJ Pondok Labu (UKI, UPNVJ Limo, JCC)

Local Project is a 1 month self-development program through hybrid volunteering to support the Sustainable Development Goals. Edlevate 2.0 focuses on SDG No. 4, which is about quality education.Responsibilities:1. Managed the selection process for registrants to ensure the quality standards of delegates before their acceptance.2. Serviced 33 delegates to ensure their engagement, satisfaction, and development with the project.3. Developed tools, dashboards, and forms to track the delegates.Achievements:1. Delegates satisfied with the project measured by achieving an NPS score of 9.51/10.00.2. Successfully retained all 33 delegates from the start to finish without any leaving midway.

Responsibilities:1. Handled marketing for 3 products such as Local Project, Impact Circle, and Youth Today.2. Implemented a marketing strategy encompassing both digital and physical channels.3. Analyzed social media trends and utilized insights to refine execution strategies.Achievements:1. Awarded as Department of The Quarter 1 & Member of The August2. Created 40+ Instagram content and generated 3.000+ total engagements.3. Executed 10+ physical marketing strategy including open booth, headhunt, guerilla, videotron, and others.

Impact Circle is a hybrid webinar event designed to discuss topics that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Impact Circle 5.0 FinAct focuses on economic and MSMEs issues.Responsibilities:1. Arranged and conducted live streaming from the offline venue to digital platforms using OBS.2. Provided and maintained necessary equipment throughout the event.3. Managed venue permits, food vendors, and other requirements.Achievement:1. Successful first-time hybrid event by AIESEC in UPNVJ

Handover & Anniversary is an annual event of AIESEC in UPNVJ for the formal transfer of member demission to the new generation.Responsibilities: 1. Decorated the venue to create an appealing visual2. Provided and maintained necessary equipment throughout the event.3. Managed venue permits, food vendors, and other requirements.

A probation phase of 3-4 months is required before being accepted as an official member of AIESEC in UPNVJ. This selection process taught me a lot of valuable experience in the Veteran Local Conference 2023 about leadership.

Youth Speak Forum strives to provide a platform for young people to voice their opinions and turn them into real actions. Youth Speak Forum 2024 is the first YSF event since the pandemic.Responsibilities:1. Operated the screen, lighting, audio, and monitored the teleprompter.2. Provided and maintained necessary equipment throughout the event, such as printed banners, merchandise, decorations, etc.3. Researched and managed venues, catering, and entertainment vendors.
