Designed and developed the enterprise service application that operated Reedy’s core business (service, construction, payroll, tax, invoicing, purchasing and inventory), eliminated unneeded paperwork, allowed technicians in the field to work seamlessly with the back office, and provided customers a portal to see service details and metrics. Working with the CFO and business leaders, he developed the IT strategy in alignment with the business’ strategic plans. The strategy called for an evaluation of new software to replace legacy systems in order for Reedy to meet the growing demands of the business, limit risk and provide greater flexibility. Led the cross functional project team in the selection and implementation of an ERP for all of the Reedy subsidiaries which included detailed system requirements definition, high-level process mapping for common business processes, the RFP process, software selection and implementation of a new Financial/Accounting Software as well as new Service Order management system.
